Check In is at 3:00 PM CST Saturday December 27, 2008 and Check out is at 10:00 PM EST Saturday January 3, 2009. Our condo unit number A5 is a 2 bedroom 3 bathroom Sleep 6 condo unit with a very nice view of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Adams Passe water way. Please note that our Florida Bay Club units now have FREE IN UNIT WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS with no pass word required. There are ONLY 18 Villa style condo units at our resort and there are ONLY 13 two bedroom condo units at our resort. This is the only 2 bedroom sleep 6 that we have available for this New Years week. Our Florida Bay Club has no highpressure timeshare presentations that you have to attend as they have no formal timeshare presentations. Our condo unit has 4 private balconies on the top 2 floors and a large private garage on the lowest of the three levels. There are NO ELEVATORS. This (deeded floating week) ownership unit of ours has 2 bedrooms and 3 BATHROOMS and has FREE IN UNIT wireless internet access. Our Florida Bay Club is a private gated condo community located on the gateway to the Florida Keys in Key Largo. Our condo unit is a deeded Floating week ownership type and we have reserved condo unit Number A 5. Our unit is 2 bedroom 3 bathroom condo unit that is approximately 2,000 square feet (as per resorts website) that also has its own private garage. Our resort has a great location on the Gulf of Mexico and on the Adams Passe waterway that is close to and connects to the Atlantic Ocean. The spacious living room and dining room give you plenty of space to relax and enjoy your stay. Our large kitchen with all the appliances will help you to enjoy your stay. Our unit has its own in unit washer and dryer. Maximum sleeping occupancy is 6 people per unit according to the resort rules. These units have central air conditioning, a full Kitchen, with Micoware oven. These are 3 story units with no other units above or below these units. All of units are side by side three story Townhouse style units. Standard In All Units. Toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry baskets, towels, glassware, paper towels, broom and dust pan, mop and bucket, pots and pans, clock radio, toaster/toaster oven, hand and dish washing soap, vacuum cleaner, bed linen, cooking utensils, coffee maker, blender, silverware. We think our unit and our resort may help to make your vacation holiday something special. Our resort also offers exercise equipment, warm heated outdoor swimming pool, free loaner fishing equipment, etc. Our Florida Bay Club is only .7 of a mile away from the front entrance of Pennekamp State Park where you can enjoy some of the best swimming, diving and snorkeling around. There reef is a living reef at the park. If fishing is your enjoyment, Florida Bay Club has its own 'Captain' for trips out on the back water or on the Atlantic Ocean. Bring your boat and tie up at our dock on the bay. Ocean access from the Club runs along our property. Swim with the Dolphins at Dolphins Cove and the Dolphin Research Center. Key West is about a 90 mile trip to the Southern most place in the U.S. Walk Duval Street and famous local residences of Ernest Hemingway and President Harry Truman. Visit Key West and enjoy the festivities at Sunset. For the Divers the USS Spiegel Grove a 510 foot ship was recently sunk near Dixie Shoals just off Key Largo. Ours is a COMFIRMED FLOATING type week reservation. Once the payment is received and cleared the reservation will be put into your name with in 48 hours or less. You must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. The person who’s name that is to be put on the rental lease must be willing to send proof of their age being 25 years or older by the use of some type of official picture ID in order to rent from us. The person who’s name is on the rental lease must be present in order for their group to be allowed to be checked in without advance emailed permission from us the landlord to the resort.
