The reservation includes the weekend before Race Week, the entire Race Week, the Daytona 500 on Sunday, February 15, 2009 and, yes, even the rain date of Monday, February 16, 2009. Check out is by 10:00AM on Tuesday, February 17, 2009. If you are a Daytona 500 enthusiast and have tickets for the race week events and qualifying races, the Daytona 500 and want superb lodging accommodations at Wyndham’s Ocean Walk, Gold Star Resort then this is the perfect auction opportunity for you! SUMMARY OF THIS AUCTION: You are bidding on a confirmed reservation covering 11 consecutive nights from February 6 to February 17, 2009. This is a two (2) Bedroom Deluxe Oceanfront Unit (No. 1013) at Wyndham’s Ocean Walk Gold Star Resort at Daytona Beach, FL. This unit sleeps eight (8). No pets allowed Smoking is not permitted in the unit. The resort has a secure covered parking garage. This accommodation includes one (1) free vehicle parking pass with additional pay parking available across the street. Check in time is 4:00 PM on Friday, February 6, 2009 and the Check In Office is open 24 hours per day. Check out time is 10:00 AM on Tuesday, February 17, 2009. This selling auction price is ALL you will pay for your stay. All Florida and local room and sales taxes are included. If you charge anything to your room from the pool bar, restaurant etc., you are responsible for these charges. I AM AN OWNER AT THIS RESORT AND AS MY GUEST YOU ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO ATTEND ANY TIMESHARE SALES PRESENTATIONS. ATTENDANCE IS OPTIONAL FOR YOU. (2) The winner of this auction will also have the first opportunity to purchase similar arrangements for the 2010 Daytona 500. Down payment is forfeited completely if final payment is NOT received by November 1, 2008. Winning bidder will be emailed their Wyndham reservation confirmation number after down payment is received. The winning bidder’s name and address will be provided to Wyndham as a “guest” once the final payment is received. Wyndham will then issue an official guest reservation confirmation letter in his/her name. That guest confirmation reservation letter will be used for check-in. The person identified on the guest confirmation reservation letter must be 21 years or older, be personally present at check in and provide a photo ID card and a major credit card for security purposes.
