The home is located approximately 50 yards away from the Gulf of Mexico and has unobstructed views of the water. The home is 2-story, and has approximately 1,700 sq. ft. of living space. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a full kitchen, and a large sun deck. Each bedroom features a queen size bed and plasma television. The downstairs living room has a large sectional sofa with a plasma television and surround sound entertainment system. The upstairs living room has a large sofa and loveseat with two plasma televisions and great views of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove) and Brazilian Granite countertops. The sundeck is approximately 500 sq. ft. and gets direct sunlight all day.
