Grand Palms The Grand Palms Vacation Resort is located approximately five miles to Walt Disney World on a beautifully landscaped property. The condominium is in the prestigious Lindfields Development, which is a quiet residential area of executive homes. Amenities include a large heated pool, hot tub, gazebo, picnic area, BBQ grill area & tennis courts. Handicap units available upon request. These are all beautiful units built in 2004. You are bidding on a 3 bedroom unit with 2 baths. Each unit is individually owned and decor may vary. Each unit can accommodate 8 people. All condos are fully furnished & equipped to make your stay pleasant and trouble free. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen, full size washer/dryer in the unit, separate kitchen /dining areas. TV with cable. There is a screen enclosed deck/patio with furniture off the living room. All units are smoke free and no pets are permitted. Units have air conditioning and linens/towels are supplied. This is a weekly rental rate valid for any Saturday to Saturday stay between the dates of May 2 - May 30, 2009 It is very important that you email seller to check the availability of your desired dates PRIOR to placing a bid. Some weeks may become available over the duration of the listing. Failure to check availability prior to bidding/buying a week may result in desired dates being unavailable. Seller cannot be responsible for bids/purchases made if buyer did not first check availability. Buyer must be at least 21 years of age with a valid major credit card.
