It is covered in red Vuittonite canvas and has brass hardware. The interior is clean without any odor and retains it original sticker and serial number. One of the end latches is broken and so is one of the brass handles. I have the handle that is off and would think that it could be professionally reinstalled. The trunk is NOT perfect and does show wear and tear. The corners have been banged around and show the most damage. The trunk is VERY solid and would make a nice piece for display or storage in your home. I have a huge collection of LV and have had this one displayed with several of them stacked on top of an entertainment center. Very nice red color. I have a letter I got from LV with the age of the trunk and will include that letter. It states that they have several of these in their collection so they were not interested in purchasing this one from me. I dont know why they stated that because at the time I had no interest in selling. I am doing a complete remodel of my kitchen so decided to sell a couple of my extra pieces to help cover the cost of the remodel. The trunk measures 33x10x18. Serious bidders only please.
