This is a one-of-a-kind, newly-constructed, post and beam "Barn." Secluded and private wooded-setting overlooking the Herring Run (the Barn is on ~3 acres - the Herring Run is a beautiful salt marsh with large brook/river running out to Paine's Creek Beach - voted by Local Cape Codders as the best beach on Cape Cod for watching sunsets - see picture #6 below - the Barn does not have this view - only Paine's Creek Beach 0.75 miles from Barn has this view).
